Connect to Nature and LOVE

One of my clients, Nisa, is doing a workshop on Sunday in Silver Springs, MD about connecting to nature and how important it is for us as human beings, as spirit beings, to speak and listen more deeply to the natural world.

Nisa uses and teaches intuitive songs, creative movement, meditative journeys, and journaling to:

Thursday:
Toot my own horn.
Climb the ladder of success.
Pull out the stops.
Add fuel to the fire.

Friday:
Open a can of worms.
Put my foot in my mouth.
Start the ball rolling.
Go over the edge.

Saturday:
Pick up the pieces.
Whew! What a workout!
