Master Time Management Log

Download a copy of my time log already made for you to use or you can make your own in Excel or Word.

Here is how you would use it:

Pencil in all activities that you are currently obligated to or do, such as when you awaken and what you do.

Example: Awake at 6 AM, make warm drink, shower, mediate until 7 AM (Monday - Friday).
So you would draw a line in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,  Thursday, and Friday from 6 AM to 7 AM: Morning Routine.

Continue doing this for EVERYTHING you do: grocery shop, go to work, drop off or pick up children, etc.

Besides seeing what your time is spent on and where, you now have a "road-map" of available time to do the things you've been wanting to do, such as clearing out the clutter!
